- Considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered. Please ensure to take an unboxing video without any cuts.
- If you have received a damaged product or a wrong product, please send it back to us with your order number. Once the returned product is delivered to us, we will send you a fresh replacement.
- Medha is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product.
Return/Exchange Policy
As a company policy, we do not provide exchanges on any product once sold. In case of returns, we only accept them if:
The product is damaged, or A wrong product has been sent to you.
The returned product must be in original condition (with the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all included accessories).
We will require photo or video proof to verify that the return request complies with our return policy.
P.S. – The team at Medha Naturals retains the right to accept or refuse any return request and will decide on the suitable solution (Exchange / Partial Refund / Full Refund).
How to Request a Return/Replacement?

To speed up the process, please attach relevant images or videos.
Replacement will be initiated within 3–4 working days once the returned package is delivered back to us at Medha Naturals in Kerala. You will receive an email /WhatsApp confirmation once the refund has been processed. Thee process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
Note: Refunds will be issued only if the returned product is in original condition (with the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories).
