Fresh medicinal herbs like Kayyonni (Eclipta Alba), Panikkoorka (Indian Borage), Poovamkurunnila (Small-leaved Balsam), Mukkutty (Biophytum sensitivum), Tulsi (Holy Basil), Marotti (Hydnocarpus), Lemon, Betle, Castor (Aavanakk – Ricinus communis)
The herbs are hand-picked from local gardens, crushed to extract juice, and cotton cloth is soaked in this herbal extract. After drying, the cloth is burnt to collect carbon soot, which is then blended with natural oil to create a smooth, medicinal black gel.
